EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell welcomed the cessation of hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh.
Borrell made the statement at a meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council, Azvision.az reported.
He expressed hope that the November 10 agreement will be the first step towards a comprehensive settlement: "The European Union supports the existing OSCE Minsk Group format for settlement of the conflict. We are ready to contribute to the implementation of the provisions of Karabakh Deal for stability and peace in the South Caucasus."
