Visiting the unrecognized republic of "Nagorno-Karabakh", the Russian opera singer Lyudmila Kazarnovskaya violated all the existing international norms.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu expressed such an opinion in an interview with TASS.
"Such actions of Azerbaijani authoroties are related to Lyubov Kazarnovskaya whose work we appreciate, only because her decision to go to Nagorno-Karabakh violating all existing international norms, it can be related to all people, regardless of profession," the ambassador said.
It should be noted that earlier the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan stated that Lyubov Kazarnovskaya will be included in the list of undesirable persons.
He recalled that the visit to the unrecognized territories, Nagorno Karabakh is not recognized by any state, including Armenia, may take place only with the permission of the relevant authorities of the country, in this case, with the permission of the Azerbaijani authorities, who never recognized republic of "Nagorno-Karabakh".
