Former Azerbaijani deputy of Luhansk regional council killed
A former Azerbaijani deputy of the Luhansk regional council was killed.
60-year-old Ukrainian citizen Ali Gulbaba Maharramov, who was originally from Nakhchivan city of Azerbaijan, was killed when his car came under fire near Luhansk region’s Krasnyy Luch town last week, the Luhansk Azerbaijanis Congress told.

As a result of the fire, the car exploded, and his body was burned beyond recognition.

Maharramov, who lived in Ukraine for a long time, was buried in a village near Krasnyy Luch town.
