According to the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan, in June 2015, the facts of violation of requirements of administrative law by 2018 foreigners were established.
With reference to the State Service, 20 of them received new documents for temporary or permanent residence in Azerbaijan instead of lost, 137 were imposed a penalty, after which their residence was legalized.
In addition, it was decided to deport 1653 foreigners within 48 hours from the territory of Azerbaijan and to extricate 298 foreigners in administrative proceeding outside the country.
In general,the State Migration Service received 8382 appeals within a month.
During the last month, appeals of 69,947 foreigners in connection with registration at place of residence were registered.
In addition, violations of the foreigners and stateless persons of the rules to qualify for paid work in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been identified in 19 of 20 business entities.
