Caucasian Muslims Board objects to US military operation preparations in Syria
As no state managed to achieve democracy using bayonets, no nation can be made happy by aggression and intervention.
The Caucasian Muslims Board (CMB) has objected to the preparations of the United States for military operation in Syria. CMB told APA a statement has been issued with this regard. The reports that the US has started military operations in Syria worry the world community, including CMB.

The statement says that in general, the ongoing developments can affect the fate of humanity: “Historically, the land of Syria was the place of the rich cultural heritage created by the representatives of various religions inhabited there. At present, the destruction of holy places, including Muslim sanctuaries in these lands and mass killing of people hurt and irritate us. We want the real perpetrators to be determined and punished.”

We can not accept punishment of innocent people under the pretext of rendering harmless the perpetrators of crimes against humanity. As no state managed to achieve democracy using bayonets, no nation can be made happy by aggression and intervention. The world is witnessing its endless consequences and complications by the example of Afghanistan and Iraq.”

The statement says that the Caucasian Muslims Board (CMB) unequivocally assessed the terrorist acts in New York and Washington on September 11: “We regarded those acts as the most hideous crimes not only against the American people, but also against the whole humanity. The people of Azerbaijan are also victims of aggression and terrorism. 20 percent of our country was occupied as a result of the Armenian terrorism, thousands of compatriots were killed. If the international community had given an appropriate response to the Armenian aggression, terrorism and aggressions wouldn`t have increased so much.”

The CMB expressed its hope that the Congress expressing the will of the U.S. citizens would not be indifferent to "No interference" slogans sounded all over the world and would not approve military operations in Syria.
