The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (PA) will send a mission to Azerbaijan to observe the parliamentary elections to be held in November 2015, member of the Azerbaijani delegation to OSCE PA, Azay Guliyev told on July 10.
After considering the invitation from the Azerbaijani side, the OSCE PA decided to send its mission for the upcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, Guliyev said.
