Georgia to lay new pipeline in case of problems with Baku-Supsa
Vice premier of Georgia, Minister of Energy Kakha Kaladze says that in case there are problems in the functioning of Baku-Supsa pipeline, the government will apply an alternative project.
"The matter is about construction of a new 1500-1600 m section", he said.

"We have long had a talk with the premier on this topic, when a bardwire fencing was planned to be set here and there could appear a problem for the pipeline.

"If we see a problem in relation to this pipeline, we will be able to lay a new pipe. The matter here is about construction of the new 1500-1600 m section. The project exists and if there are problems, we will implement this project", Kaladze said.
