Azerbaijan`s Internet community is preparing proposals to further reduce the cost of Internet services, Azerbaijani Deputy Communications and IT Minister Elmir Velizade told media today.
"The issue of reducing the cost of the Internet for end-users is an urgent topic of discussion today which is also envisaged as part of an action plan for the year in connection with the announcement of 2013 being the year of ICT in Azerbaijan," Velizade added.
