Three people suffered in an explosion of a large-caliber shell in Alibeyli village of Tovuz, AzVision.az reports citing to official website of Interior Ministry of Azerbaijan.
The large-caliber shell, found during the construction works in the yard of region resident Islam Khanbabayev exploded.
