Russian envoy to Baku substantiates Russian military supplies to Armenia
Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vladimir Dorokhin called military supplies of the Russian Federation to Armenia the policy of two sovereign states.
"Russia and Armenia are sovereign nations and build relationships with each other by the algorithm, which they see fit, and that is consistent with international law", the ambassador told reporters.

"Our military cooperation with Armenia is transparent", Dorokhin said. "We make reports to the United States on all supplies".

Russia, along with France and the United States, is one of the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group - the platform engaged in peace talks on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
