  Turkish, Russian leaders discuss Karabakh

Turkish President Recep Tayyib Erdogan had a phone conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Thursday, AzVision.az reports citing Anadolu Agency.

During the conversation, Erdogan stressed that the joint Turkish-Russian ceasefire monitoring center continues to successfully operate in Nagorno-Karabakh.   

The Turkish leader added that experts from three countries could come together to restore transport and communication lines in Karabakh.

Erdogan and Putin also discussed the conflicts in Syria and Libya.
