Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan discussed the current situation in Armenia in a phone call on Thursday.
The phone conversation took place at the initiative of the Armenian side, Russian president’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, AzVision.az reports.
Putin spoke in favor of maintaining order and tranquility in Armenia, resolving the situation within the framework of the law. The Russian leader urged all parties to show restraint.
