“We really hope that the leaders of Armenia take responsibility, regardless of the development of events,” said Matviyenko stressing that any action contrary to the statement on Karabakh may lead to a big tragedy.
The parliamentary speaker reminded that the signing of the statement helped stabilize the South Caucasus.
“The processes continue, but the important thing is that the agreement was reached, and now we need to aspire to make sure it continues to be implemented,” Matviyenko added.
