In July, a number of Russian media reported that businessman, farmer, founder of the Exchange "Alice" Sterligov left Russia with his family and sells the property.
Later it became known that he had moved to the unrecognized "Nagorno Karabakh Republic". On Thursday, Sterligov returned to Russia.
The suit according to the lawyer filed a distant relative of businessman Milan Gorenstein who lives in Israel.
According to some reports, a citizen of Israel rebelled to the phrase, uttered by Sterligov, during a press conference in the so-called “NKR”. In particular, a millionaire named citizen of Israel "mentally ill".
The lawyer believes that the application of defamation is the reason for a ban Sterligov to leave the borders of Russia.
