Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and his Kuwaiti counterpart Ahmed Nasser al-Mohammed al-Sabah discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh issue and the situation in the South Caucasus, AzVision.az reports.
Turkish FM stated that the ceasefire reached in the Nagorno-Karabakh region is a new opportunity to implement important projects in the region.
"If Armenia appreciates this opportunity, the South Caucasus can become a region of peace and stability in the future," Cavusoglu added.
