AZAL: Price reduction may lead to suspension of some flights

AZAL: Price reduction may lead to suspension of some flights

Prices on air tickets must be high to cover the costs.

The statement came from vice president of Azerbaijani Airlines Arif Mammadov.

He said the price reduction may lead to suspension of some flights.

"Probably, prices on some air tickets may be reduced 20%. This will lead to suspension of these flights. If an airplane flies for over two hours and its cost is less than EUR99, this does not recompensate its expenses".
