The Permanent Council is one of the main decision-making bodies of the OSCE that regularly convenes in Vienna at the OSCE Headquarters to discuss developments in the OSCE area and makes appropriate decisions. Traditionally, the OSCE Chairmanship-in-Office invites representatives of regional organizations operating in the OSCE area to address the Permanent Council and to give information on their activities. Thus, TURKPA was invited before by the OSCE Chairmanships at that time in 2012 and 2013.
