Armenian citizen tried to smuggle $155,000 worth diamonds to Georgia
An Armenian citizens has been detained in Georgia for smuggling diamonds worth around $155,000, Georgian investigators reported on Thursday.
The precious stones were brought to Georgia through Sadakhlo checkpoint on Armenian-Georgian border.

Pavlik Sevoyan may face from five to seven years in prison, AzVision.az reports citing Sputnik Georgia.

The accused and his lawyer have not been available for the media yet.
