Being European does not mean that they should all preach to us - Ivanishvili

Georgian PM Bidzina Ivanishvili is preparing a letter for the European People
Ivanishvili made this statement while commenting on the address released by members of the European Parliament.

According to him, the new government talks to Europe in a clear language, as it is not afraid of speaking the truth.

‘Davit Usupashvili writes well and that’s why he wrote a letter, though main accents were made by me. In the nearest days I’ll write clearer and longer letter to the European People’s Party, because being European does not mean that they should all should preach to us’, Bidzina Ivanishvili said.

According to him, publication of the letter was delayed because of its big size as the Financial Times and the Wall Street Journal offered publication of just one third of the letter.

A few members of the European Parliament sent a critical letter to Bidzina Ivanishvili, which was responded critically by Parliament Speaker Davit Usupashvili.
