The Moscow City Court has given a lifetime sentence to the leader of the Combat Organization of Russian Nationalists (BORN), Ilya Goryachev who was found guilty of killing Azerbaijani student in Moscow.

According to investigators, several killings, including the killing of anti-fascist activists Fyodor Filatov and Ilya Japaridze, lawyer Stanislav Markelov, Azerbaijani student Rasul Khalilov and a citizen of Tajikistan Salokhiddin Azizov were committed under Goryachev`s leadership.
