"Moscow and Ankara have differences on some issues. However, it is necessary to maintain dialogue and continue cooperation with Russia," Turkey's Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlut Cavusoglu said in his interview to “Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung” newspaper of Germany.
According to Cavusoglu, Ankara tries to maintain relations with Moscow. Besides, it confirms that Russia is the most significant actor in a number of regional issues.
"It is not always easy to achieve positive results but it is possible. It doesn't mean that we have the same opinion on all issues. However, we can openly speak. It is significant to keep the channels of dialogue open."
Turkish FM also added that dialogue with Russia would contribute to regional and internarional stability.
