Vice-Governor of Ukraine’s Nikolayev province Oksana Yanyshevskaya told APA the aforesaid.
She expressed their readiness to support to erect a monument on Khojaly genocide and deliver the truth about the incident. “We have detailed information about the acts against the Azerbaijani people. We are disappointed by those events. It will be better if the Azerbaijani communities here make initiatives to erect a monument on Khojaly genocide”, she said.
