The largest increase in production in this sphere was observed in 2011. In 2011, the country`s defence industry produced goods worth 154.5 million manats, which is 80.7 percent more than in 2010.
A positive dynamic was also observed in the product range. As of late July 2013, the country`s defence enterprises produced 750 kinds of products, which is 67 percent more than in 2005. For comparison, in 2005 Azerbaijan`s defence industry produced 449 items.
