The construction started in October 2012, and was completed this May.
The highway, which is 5 meters in width, was covered with 10-11-centimeter asphalt.
There are modern engineering and technical installations along the road. About 4,700 people will use Siyazan-Mashrif highway, which is 37.1 km in length and links 20 residential areas.
The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the highway.
