Head of the Jalilabad district executive authority Aziz Azizov informed the Azerbaijani president about the park—where the statue is raised—named after Heydar Aliyev.
The president was told that the park, covering a total area of 7,500 square meters, have all necessary conditions for residents and guests to have a quality rest. There are two fountains, modern light poles, and benches in the park. Extensive landscaping work has been done.
