In January-June this year, people staying abroad and their relatives in Azerbaijan received 14 relevant letters from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), said Ilaha Huseynova, head of the public relations department of the ICRC Baku Office.
She said that search inquiries were collected, processed, and shared with the relevant authorities based on information received from the families of the missing.
Huseynova also noted that there is no person [Azerbaijani citizen] in Armenia to be visited by the ICRC.
