I was deeply saddened by the news of loss of life and injuries as a result of strong explosions in the city of Tianjin,” the letter said.
“On the occasion of this tragedy, on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deep condolences to you, the families and loved ones of the dead and all the people of China, and wish the injured soonest recovery,” the letter said.
