"The process of preparation for the delimitation and demarcation of the border with Azerbaijan will start from “point zero.” Armenia has already agreed with Russia's proposal, "Andranik Kocharyan, a member of the majority "Civil Contract" Faction in the National Assembly of Armenia and chair of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security said during the press briefing.
In his turn, another Armenian MP from “Civil Contract” party, Eduard Aghajanyan stated that Armenia is ready to start the process of setting up the respective committee.
"Once the agreement is reached on technical issues, Armenia will be ready to establish commission and start the process," Aghajanyan added.
