The spokesperson noted that a number of international partners, including Russia, have expressed their readiness to support the process of normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations.
“During the discussions with our Russian partners, we said we were ready to normalize relations without preconditions. Armenia has always been ready for the normalization of relations with Turkey without preconditions. However, so far there are no talks with Turkey,” he added.
