"Our peacekeepers have a positive role in Karabakh, and Joint Russian-Turkish Centre for Monitoring is actively working, " Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the bilateral meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart in Sochi.
"Unfortunately, there are incidents and problems. Regrettably, there are still losses. This is the reason why we have gathered. Let's have a look at what has been done so far to prevent such incidents, to calm the situation in the region and to create conditions for the development of the regional countries," Russian President added.
