The Azerbaijani Paralympic team have today left for China to participate in the Beijing 2022 Winter Paralympics to be held on March 4-13.
According to the National Paralympic Committee of Azerbaijan, the team includes the country’s Chef de Mission Rauf Mursalov, a member of the mission Azer Tapdigov and head coach of the national winter sports team Mahammad Ismayilov.
Azerbaijan, who will join the Winter Paralympics for the first time, will be represented by Mehman Ramazanzade. He will compete in the cross-country skiing individual sprint event on March 9.
