Chairman of Azerbaijan Committee against Torture, human rights activist Elchin Behbudov and his deputy Elchin Shirinov met with the contract servicemen in the Armenian Armed Forces Andranik Grigoryan, who voluntarily surrendered to the Azerbaijani side on Mar.22.
