President Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree on awarding a group of people for merits in the development of the Azerbaijani diaspora on April 21.
President Aliyev also has signed a decree conferring the honorary title "Honored Worker of Science" to Masud Afandiyev and Garib Murshudov for achievements in science and merits in the development of the Azerbaijani diaspora.
Besides, Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree on awarding Bahtiyar Kerimov and Yashar Musayev with the "Honorary Diploma of the President of Azerbaijan Republic" for merits in the development of the Azerbaijani diaspora.
