On the second day of the Victory Congress, Fuad Muradov, Chairman of Azerbaijan`s State Committee on Work with Diaspora, Aydin Karimov, Special Representative of President in Shusha and Maftun Abbasov, Chairman of the Board at Shusha City State Reserve will make speeches.
Later on, essential documents will be adopted to determine the activities of the Azerbaijani Diaspora, and an award ceremony will be held for representatives of the Diaspora.
The event is being attended by nearly 400 representatives of Diaspora from 65 countries.
