The city of Shusha has become the center of cultural activities in Azerbaijan, Special Representative of the President in Shusha Aydin Karimov said at an international forum, titled "South Caucasus: Development and Cooperation."
"I would like to express my gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for making Shusha the nucleus of the country's cultural events. Over the past year, Shusha has become an important venue for international events in Karabakh, which can be described as a special contribution to the future development and long-term peace in the region," Karimov stated.
