"I was deeply impressed by Shusha as a Ukrainian," British political scientist of Ukrainian origin, strategic relations manager of the Henry Jackson Society, former Member of Parliament of Ukraine, Aliona Hlivco told AzVision.az.
"When Ukraine takes the control of Donbass, Ukrainians will have to see what the long-term occupation has led to - destruction of settlements, destroyed cultural monuments, and ruined lives," the political scientist stated.
"Liberation of territories is great courage. However, their restoration requires long-term effort. Shusha helped me look to the future of Ukraine. Besides, the bravery of the Azerbaijanis who liberated Shusha inspires Ukrainians, who fight for every inch of their land," Hlivco said.
