Ministry of Justice: notary servicve; Ministry of Interior: issuance and renewal of identity cards; issuance and renewal of passport of citizen; renewal of driving licenses; State Committee for Land and Cartography: reference note on information about land cadastre; State Social Protection Fund: determining occupational pensions; State Committee for Property Affairs: Extracts of registration of property rights over the living houses (apartments), except the initial registration;
Issuance of references on description of real estate, state registration about restriction (encumbrance) of rights over the real estate; Legal subsidiary services:
Subsidiary services: opening bank accounts; exchange; receiving of state fee and service charge; receiving of administrative fines; Insurance: Insurance of cars;
Insurance of real estate.
The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan will ensure the realization of state services in a new form in order for “ASAN service” network covers the whole territory of our country in a short time. “Mobile service” will be mainly realized through cars and large buses.
