Free and fair election in November would be widely seen as a positive step in Azerbaijan’s democratic progress, US Ambassador Robert Cekuta has said at the meeting with Deputy Chairman-Executive Secretary of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP), Deputy Prime Minister Ali Ahmadov, according the information posted on the embassy’s Twitter page.
Note that, the US ambassador will hold meetings with other political parties as well.
