Russia to launch direct flights from Astrakhan to Baku in June

Russia to launch direct flights from Astrakhan to Baku in June

Direct flights will be opened between Russia’s Astrakhan and Baku in June 2022, Governor of the Astrakhan region Igor Babushkin said on Telegram, AzVision.az reports.

Babushkin said that the flights will be operated by the Russian Azimuth airline twice a week.

The issue was discussed on May 10 at a meeting between the region’s governor and representatives of the Azerbaijani delegation led by head of the Absheron District Executive Power Abdin Farzaliyev.
