"If the territories are not cleared of mines, the internally displaced persons won’t be able to return there," the diplomat said.
He noted that several US companies are involved in the process of reconstruction of the liberated territories.
The US has a lot of experience in this, the country can present the best equipment as it wants to see more American companies in Karabakh, the ambassador added.
