She noted that this conflict will determine the attitude towards Russia. At the same time, it is necessary to maintain a dialogue with the Russian Federation about peace, she said.
The main task is to protect Ukraine without starting a war with Russia, she added. Nobody wants a war with Russia and the spread of this conflict to other regions, she said.
Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic noted that energy prices are already rising and an energy crisis is expected.
