Azerbaijan is implementing measures to avoid the artificial increase in food prices, Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov told reporters on Thursday, AzVision.az reports.
"The relevant state bodies have been tasked with resolving the above-mentioned issue," Sharifov said.
He noted that the corresponding activities are being carried out with entrepreneurs as well.
"It's important for them to realize responsibilities and not take advantage of the situation," the minister added.
