Unsteady weather expected in Azerbaijan in first days of September
On August 30, the weather will be changeable cloudy and mainly dry in Baku and Absheron peninsula.
North-west wind will be replaced by mild south-east wind in the daytime, The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources told APA on Aug.29.

In Absheron peninsula the air temperature will be 19…22 C at night and 26…30 C in the daytime, and in Baku 20…22 C at night and 28…30 C in the daytime.

Atmospheric pressure will be 760 mm Hg, relative humidity 70-80 percent at night and 50-60 percent in the daytime.

The temperature of sea water on the Absheron beaches will be 23…24 C in Sumgayit, Novkhani, Pirshaghi, Nardaran, Bilgah; 24…25 C in Zagulba, Buzovna, Mardakan, Shuvala; 25…26 C in Turkan, Hovsan, Shikh and Sahil.

In Azerbaijan’s districts on August 30, the weather will be mainly dry. Lightning and intermittent rain are expected in some mountainous districts in the evening and at night. It will be foggy in some places in the morning. East wind will blow and intensify occasionally. The air temperature will be 19…24 C at night, 27…32 C in the daytime, in mountains 8…13 C at night, 15…20 C in the daytime.

From August 31 to September 2, unsteady weather is forecasted in the country’s northern and western districts. Compared to previous days, the air temperature will fall by 3-5 degrees on September 1.
