"If we talk on sports law, Azerbaijan must allow entry of Henrik Mkhitaryan. If the player is not allowed to participate in the game, either Mkhitaryan himself or Football Club should apply to the League.
Azerbaijan does not have any legal grounds to ban football player to play for his club. If Baku will create obstacles, it would be a gross violation of the law. Non-admission of Mkhitaryan to this match for political reasons is illogical," Simonyan said.
