President Ilham Aliyev’s letter to Supreme leader of Malaysia, His Majesty Al-Sultan Almu`tasimu Billahi Muhibbuddin Tuanku Alhaj Abdul Halim Mu`adzam Shah Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Badlishah reads as follows:
“On my own behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people, I sincerely congratulate You and through You the whole people of Malaysia on the occasion of your national holiday – Independence Day.
