Algerian news agency APS (Algeria Press Service), Akhbar El-Yom, Shurug, Al Harir news portals, as well as Egypt’s Yom7, Mobtada, Dar Al-Marif and other media outlets have published an article highlighting the meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad of Algeria Ramtane Lamamra.
The article noted that Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune follows with great interest the development processes in Azerbaijan, as well as President Ilham Aliyev’s very successful leadership of the Non-Aligned Movement.
The article also mentioned that President Ilham Aliyev hailed Algeria’s support for the initiatives put forward by Azerbaijan as part of the Non-Aligned Movement, as well as the decision regarding the extension of Azerbaijan’s chairmanship of the organization. “President Ilham Aliyev praised the successful cooperation between Azerbaijan and Algeria in the OPEC+ format,” the article emphasized.
