“During the meeting with President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Odile Renaud-Basso, we discussed the cooperation prospects and implementation of the joint projects with the Bank. In accordance with the documents signed today, the EBRD will allocate large-scale loans without the state guarantee to the financing of the projects aimed at the modernization of the fleet of the Caspian Shipping Company under Azerbaijan Investment Holding. Additionally, within the framework of the "Ganja-Green City Program", the "Street lighting" project is intended to be carried out and improve the infrastructure in the city of Ganja,” Minister Jabbarov said on Twitter.
