Garibashvili emphasized Armenia and Azerbaijan have been friendly countries for Georgia and what was “happening” between them was “unacceptable”.

He emphasized that the Georgian government had had a successful mediation between the two states, when with his personal involvement, had been able to release 15 prisoners of war from Azerbaijan, and in return, Armenia had handed over very important maps related to mined areas.
