135 Armenian soldiers killed, Pashinyan says

As many as 135 Armenian soldiers killed in the recent border clashes with Azerbaijan, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said on Friday, AzVision.az reports citing Armenian media.

“The confirmed number of Armenian troops killed is 135. We understand that this is not the final one. We have many wounded,” Pashinyan said at a government meeting.

During the night of September 12, the Armenian armed forces units committed large-scale provocations in the Dashkasan, Kalbajar, and Lachin directions of the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border.
