Karabakh University will be established in the liberated Azerbaijani territories, MP Bakhtiyar Aliyev said at a parliamentary meeting on Friday, AzVision.az reports.
The lawmaker noted that the construction of new modern schools is underway in the liberated territories.
He said that the proposed amendment to the law "On Customs Tariff" is for a very short time.
“This law should be revised after schools are built in liberated areas. Because it is very important to provide those schools with modern equipment,” Aliyev added.
